The greasy dirt left on the surface of the tunnel lining during demoulding shall be thoroughly cleaned by the tunnel construction unit with diesel oil or special degreaser. In view of the uneven and loose parts of the concrete at the junction of the tunnel construction joints, it is necessary to shovel, polish and roughen the joints, and then use sjs-sd fire retardant coating for inlay and leveling; 24 hours before the spraying construction, wash the whole base interface with clear water to remove the floating ash, dust and dirt on the surface. Before coating, the powder shall be added with a proper amount of water and stirred evenly to make it in a dense fluid state without agglomeration. The thin consistency should be convenient for construction, no flowing and firm bonding.
During construction, concave convex spray gun shall be used, with air pressure of 0.6-0.8mpa, nozzle diameter of 6-10 mm, spray gun perpendicular to the surface of the painted component, 40-60 cm as appropriate.
The first spraying shall not be too thick, and the next spraying shall be conducted after it is basically dry or solidified. From the second time, the coating thickness of each time can be thickened according to the situation, with no flowing as the standard until the required thickness is reached.
Precautions during construction and before drying and curing, the ambient temperature should be kept at 5-38 ℃, the relative humidity should not be more than 80%, and the air should be circulated. The product needs 60 days of maintenance period after the completion of construction.
When there is condensation on the component surface, it is not suitable for construction. During the construction, the thickness of the coating shall be measured at any time according to the fire resistance limit.
This product is a water-based fire retardant coating, so the coating shall be placed indoors or in a rain shelter no matter in the construction process or after the completion of the construction to avoid rain.
Do not wet the powder; the prepared coating must be used up within 30 minutes.
Packaging and storage packaging: 25kg / bag.
Storage: in a ventilated and dry warehouse, keep away from fire source and heat source, and prevent freezing or insolation. The shelf life is one year. |
